Kolkata service centre specializes in repair of Transmissions and Fuel Pumps and equipped with sophisticated AIDCO Transmission Test Stand and Diesel-KIKI Fuel pump test Stand.
Bilaspur Service Centre
This centrally located service centre caters to the repair requirements of SECL, NCL, ECL, WCL and other major customers for all electrical motor and alternator repairs. In addition to this, the work shop is also equipped with a Fuel Pump Calibration stand for overhaul of Fuel Pumps.
Maintenance And Repair Contract (MARC)
Maintenance contracts are generally the most economical method for servicing or maintaining equipment. Equipment is normally best maintained or serviced by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or its authorized service organization. Maintenance contract is recommended for highly technical scientific equipment because of the nature of the equipment and the need to keep equipment downtime to a minimum
Advantageous of AMC / MARC to customers:
BEML shall supply parts and maintain the equipment duly conducting running repairs, schedule maintenance, major repairs and overhauls during the contract period. Predictive maintenance for major aggregates shall be carried out, as required.
Annual Service Contracts
BEML Service network has been offering Annual Service Contracts, in which customers avail specific number of service engineer’s visit each year, depending on the number of equipment or as required by customers. These visits can be planned on specific dates or on flexible programs indicated by customer. Customers with limited semi-skilled staff avail such offers for ensuring better performance and availability of equipment.
BEML Service network has been executing a variety of flexible, custom-made Rehabilitation of equipment, after their reliability starts deteriorating with lesser productive hours or at the end of first-life when most of the components need overhaul. As required by customers varieties of rehabilitation programs are in vogue such as mid-life overhaul, reliability-improvement-repairs, major & minor rehabilitation, etc. BEML offers Rehabilitation Services either at Customer's site or at BEML’s Service Centres as per the requirement of customers.
