2. Detailed Interview Letter has been sent to your primary e-mail id as mentioned by you while furnishing your Online application and also a hard copy of the Interview letter has been sent through post at your communication address as mentioned in your online application. Accordingly, you may follow the stipulated instructions mentioned in the Interview Letter and attend the Interview.

3. The candidate should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility and other norms mentioned in the advertisement no. KP/S/04/2009, as on the specified dates and that the particulars furnished are correct in all respects. In case, it is detected at any stage of recruitment that a candidate doesn’t fulfill the eligibility norms and /or that he / she has furnished any incorrect / false information or has suppressed any material fact(s), his/her candidature stand automatically cancelled. If any of the above shortcoming (s) is/are detected even after appointment, his /her services are liable to terminate without notice. Accordingly, the candidates are advised that in their own interest, they should verify the facts before appearing for the Interview.

4. Diploma % indicated by you while applying online should be aggregate of all semesters/years. In case percentage is less than 70% for Gen & OBC and 65 % for SC & ST as prescribed in the advertisement you will not eligible for interview.
