With reference to the openings for the post of Engineer Trainee & Contract Engineer,

2. Intimation regarding the Selection through provisional offer of appointment is communicated by the following;

A hard copy of the admit card has been sent through speed post at the respective communication address as mentioned by the candidates in the online application form.

3. The candidate should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility and other norms mentioned in the advertisement no. KP/S/05/2009 & KP/S/06/2009 For Engineer Trainee & Contract Engineer respectively, as on the specified dates and that the particulars furnished are correct in all respects. In case, it is detected that a candidate doesn’t fulfill the eligibility norms and /or that he / she has furnished any incorrect / false information or has suppressed any material fact(s), his/her candidature stand automatically cancelled. If any of the above shortcoming (s) is/are detected even after appointment, his /her services are liable to terminate without notice. Accordingly, the candidates are advised that in their own interest, they should verify the facts before reporting for duty.
