BEML Midwest Limited, a Joint Venture Company was incorporated in April 2007 at Hyderabad, India to undertake Contract Mining along with Midwest Granite Private Limited, Hyderabad and Pt. Sumber Mitra Jaya, Jakarta, Indonesia as partners. The objective of the company is to successfully integrate the versatility, flexibility and freedom for cost effective operation also to quickly adopt instantaneous solutions.
Midwest Granite Private Limited, a Hyderabad based company is a leading player in the area of exploration, mining, processing and export of natural stones. With global marketing headquarters in US, it has a distribution network and operations spread across India, Sri Lanka, Turkey, Zimbabwe, Australia and Europe.
Pt. Sumber Mitra Jaya is an Indonesian Company with wide expertise in contract coal mining and production. It is the flagship of the Mitra Jaya Group and was founded in 1982 with headquarters at Jakarta, Indonesia.
