The candidates may download the Employment Application Format from the website.

CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO INDICATE CLEARLY ON THE ENVELOPE THE POST APPLIED FOR AND ADVERTISEMENT REFERENCE. COVERS NOT INDICATING THE ABOVE DETAILS WILL LIABLE TO BE REJECTED.

Kindly ensure that the envelope containing the duly filled in employment application form alongwith the supporting documents and payment challan (beml copy) should reach the below mentioned address on or before 15.09.2010 by 17.45 Hrs.:
