Note: -Incase the contractor does not posses PF/ESI code, they will be eligible for Enlistment. However, on award of contract, the bidder shall apply for PF/ESI codes to the respective authorities. In case they do not qualify and in the event their request/application for PF/ESI Code is rejected by the Authorities, they would be permitted to remit PF contribution under BEML Sub-code. Likewise, the ESI contribution would also be deducted & deposited under BEML Sub-code to be opened in the name of contractor.
