Written Test for the post of Engineer Trainee & Contract Engineer

  1. With reference to openings of Engineer Trainee / Contract Engineer, we are pleased to notify that the following candidates mentioned below in the respective list have been provisionally shortlisted for the Written Test scheduled to be held on 13.12.2009 (Sunday) at.

  2. Detailed Admit Card has been sent to the e-mail id as mentioned and also a hard copy of the Admit Card has been sent through post at your communication address as mentioned in your online application. Accordingly, you may do the needful in this regard as also follow other stipulated instructions mentioned in the Admit Card.
  3. You are being called for Written Test based on the premise that you meet the advertised criteria as stipulated in advertisement no.KP/S/05/2009 and KP/S/06/2009 on the basis of online data furnished. In case, you are not meeting the requisite advertisement criteria you will be disqualified and your candidature will not be considered. Accordingly, you are advised that in your own interest, you should verify the facts before appearing for the Written Test. You may also note that your Engineering results should have been published on or before 06.06.2009 & 10.06.2009 for Engineer Trainee & Contract Engineer respectively.
  4. As per the Company rules candidates belonging to SC/ST category will be eligible for reimbursement of To and From, II AC & III AC Train Fare (Except Rajdhani/ Shatabdi Express) / Bus fare for Engineer Trainees & Contract Engineer respectively by the shortest route on production of Train / Bus Tickets or Photocopy of the same for attending the Written Test. No local conveyance & tatkal charges will be reimbursed.
